VSC Fire & Security, Inc. announced the acquisition of certain business assets of Fire Protection Specialists, Inc. of Mobile, AL. VSC Fire & Security, a privately held,
50-year-old company based in Virginia, provides integrated Alabama
fire protection, life safety and security solutions for and
inspections of fire suppression, fire detection, fire
sprinklers, alarms and security systems.
Having installed
fire sprinkler systems for many of the casinos on the Mississippi Gulf Coast
including the Beau Rivage Resort Casino in Biloxi, Fire Protection Specialists,
Inc. is a highly-regarded Alabama fire sprinkler contractor. With this
acquisition, Fire Protection Specialists, Inc., established in 1973, becomes
the Alabama fire protection District Office of VSC Fire & Security, Inc.
